This is a very common question that we receive. The deciding factor ofter involves timing. How long do you plan on staying in one place? If you feel that you will be moving in a year or two, renting offers the most flexible solution with a low level of commitment. However, purchasing provides many benefits such as creating equity, tax benefits, protection of initial investment and a sense of ownership. These things take time to mature.

Do you offer phone consultation?

While an in- person meeting is traditionally most beneficial, we understand that many of our buyers and sellers are not local. That is why we utilize the most current means of communication available including phone, text, email and FaceTime when we cannot meet in person.

The initial consultation can be completed in as little as one hour. Once completed, your agent can get started working on your home search or market analysis immediately.
